b. Job Board access . To access the job board and therefore proactively solicit hiring companies they pay a monthly access fee of $9.99 a month
c. Premium service. If they select the premium service and provide the credit card info, the premium service is $15% of the increased amount we negotiate for them over the base compensation. i.e. if the company offered $150K and we get them $200K then the fee is $200-$150 = $50* 15% = $7500 (one time payment drawn 30 days after their start date).

a. Companies – When hiring an INDIVIDUAL (non team) . to pay 15-30% of first years annual salary as a finders fee. * varies based on level of position and experience of individual placed.
b. Companies must enter their financial info into the system as part of the onboarding profile. can be credit card, or bank wire info. Needs a disclaimer. “You will not be charged unless TPS is able to successfully place a candidate or team within your organization”. Should you wish to use another form of payment for this service, please contact us first by emailing (insert email address) .
c. Note – as the company is providing payment instructions, we would simply be reconciling the hires, creating an invoice and sending to the company as receipt of payment.
d. We are currently offering a 50% discount on fees for companies hiring individuals within the first 3 months of them signing up and joining TPS.
a. Companies hiring teams will be on a contractor (per person ) basis .
b. Individuals will establish and submit their preferred day rate (submitted as part of their onboarding profile).i.e. when they select ‘open to team position’, they must fill in their Preferred daily rate’.
c. TPS will charge the company the day rate plus 15-30% fee (based on experience and level of the individual)
d. TPS will invoice and charge the company monthly for their placement fees, (noting that the company has provided their billing info during sign up)).
e. Company with pay the contractor their fee directly.
f. Should company convert a contract to perm, then TPS will charge the 15-30% placement fee (depending on level of position and experience).
g. We are currently offering a 50% discount on the TPS fees (not the individual daily rate ) for the first month of signing a team.

After signing up for the TPS service, you then go to ‘select a team’. Use the drop downs to select your ideal requirements and our system will automatically locate the most suitable candidates. Once you review and select the potential team members, we will then work with you to finalize the details including start date and rates specific to the individuals selected.
Companies: You are only changed once hire has been completed (for Individual) or a Team has been engaged.
Candidates: You will be charged monthly for jobboard access. White glove fees will only be charged after you accept a position based on the increased salary TPS has negotiated on your behalf.

1. Companies: For individual hires, companies pay a one time fee equivalent to between 15-30% of the annual base (fee dependent upon seniority, skills and experience of the candidate selected)
2. Companies: For Team based contract work, companies will pay a specific ‘day rate’ set by the individual consultant. Individuals are paid directly. TPS will receive a fee of 15% of the individuals day rate.
3. Candidates: To enroll in TPS there is no charge. Your membership will allow you to complete a profile and submit your resume that will then become searchable by any of our companies needing hires. For a small monthly fee of $9.99 candidates can have access to our job board where they can search posted jobs currently available. This will then allow you to pro actively contact the interested company rather than waiting for them to search for you! Your monthly subscription will also provide you alerts to your smart device once a matching job has been listed on the job board.
