a. Companies – When hiring an INDIVIDUAL (non team) . to pay 15-30% of first years annual salary as a finders fee. * varies based on level of position and experience of individual placed.
b. Companies must enter their financial info into the system as part of the onboarding profile. can be credit card, or bank wire info. Needs a disclaimer. “You will not be charged unless TPS is able to successfully place a candidate or team within your organization”. Should you wish to use another form of payment for this service, please contact us first by emailing (insert email address) .
c. Note – as the company is providing payment instructions, we would simply be reconciling the hires, creating an invoice and sending to the company as receipt of payment.
d. We are currently offering a 50% discount on fees for companies hiring individuals within the first 3 months of them signing up and joining TPS.
a. Companies hiring teams will be on a contractor (per person ) basis .
b. Individuals will establish and submit their preferred day rate (submitted as part of their onboarding profile).i.e. when they select ‘open to team position’, they must fill in their Preferred daily rate’.
c. TPS will charge the company the day rate plus 15-30% fee (based on experience and level of the individual)
d. TPS will invoice and charge the company monthly for their placement fees, (noting that the company has provided their billing info during sign up)).
e. Company with pay the contractor their fee directly.
f. Should company convert a contract to perm, then TPS will charge the 15-30% placement fee (depending on level of position and experience).
g. We are currently offering a 50% discount on the TPS fees (not the individual daily rate ) for the first month of signing a team.
